Yes — a set Aegean breakfast is included in the room rate. Served in the garden or on the terrace, 08:30 – 11:30 daily.

Do you offer all-inclusive?

No — we operate as a bed-and-breakfast (B&B). Lunch and dinner are à la carte, drinks at the pool bar are charged separately. Room service runs until late.

Are you right on the sea? Is there a private beach?

Yes — we're right on the sea. Our 20 m × 5 m private pier doubles as the beach: step straight into the Aegean, with Chios on the horizon. Sun loungers and umbrellas are complimentary.

We're unable to accept pets. This applies to rooms and all common areas.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

We're 95 km from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (about 1 hr 30 min). We can arrange a paid airport transfer; just ask on WhatsApp.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Ages 0–2 stay free. We have high chairs; we do not have baby cots. Our Suite and Sea View Triple rooms are the best fit for stays with children.
