Reservation cancellation and refund terms

General Information
Since reservation requests are taken via WhatsApp or phone, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed at the time of reservation. Standard terms are listed below.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations 7+ days before check-in: full pre-payment refund. 3–7 days before: 50% of pre-payment refunded. Less than 3 days: no refund. Holidays and special periods may have different terms.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.) an alternative date or full refund is offered.
Early Departure and No-Show
Unused nights for early departure are not refunded. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
